Tendering process

Step 1

You have reached out to us with a request for assistance. Whether you need a custom management report, an in-depth data analysis, and/or dashboarding related to a business, finance, audit, or compliance issue, we greatly appreciate your interest.

Step 2

To schedule a face-to-face meeting, we kindly request relevant information from you to prepare thoroughly. We will contact you beforehand to discuss this request and evaluate the information received.

Step 3

After evaluating the information, if we see an opportunity for a valuable collaboration, we will send you a pricing indication (a range in euros and hours spent, divided into main activities: planning, execution, and reporting). If you are still enthusiastic as well, we will schedule an appointment at your location via E-mail.

Step 4

The discussion with you will focus on three key aspects:

  1. Validating your questions, the scope, and the assignment;
  2. Jointly verifying that our approach and mindset align with your requirements and fit within your IT and business landscape;
  3. Discussing the budget range and deciding on a “Go or No Go.”

Step 5

If you decide on a “Go,” we will draft an engagement letter and immediately schedule an initial session to refine the scope of work, validate the data requirements, and kick off the project.
