Welcome to Coney Minds

The accountancy and business analytics market is constantly changing. Since the start of Coney Minds in 2005, we have developed a data driven approach and people mindset. We now serve more than eighty different companies and organizations per year.

We are always open to new acquaintances, but want to devote our time to companies and organizations that are genuinely interested in our approach and mindset.

Via the registration button below you can ask a preferred Coney Minds partner to contact you to discuss our services. We do the first introduction via Teams (online) and all questions are welcome. Your preferred partner will take the time to answer your questions and/or provide further clarification.

We start a limited number of new collaborations per year and if we start such a collaboration, we are really convinced that Coney Minds can build a valuable and long-term relationship.

Tendering process

Audit and Accountancy services

  • After receiving your quote request, you will receive a link to our audit or iAccountancy services with the request to confirm that our data-driven approach and people mindset appeal to you.
  • You are still excited? To schedule and prepare a face-to-face introduction, we would like to receive the following information for your assessment:
    – Sketch IT landscape,
    – The most recent annual accounts or other relevant figures,
    – Current legal structure.
  • If we see an opportunity for a valuable collaboration after assessment, we will send you price indications in advance (range in euros and hours spent, divided into main activities: planning, implementation and reporting). If you are also enthusiastic, we will schedule an appointment at your location by e-mail.
  • The discussion with you focuses on three aspects: 1) getting to know each other and feeling whether there is a ‘connection’ with each other 2) validating together whether our approach and mindset match your wishes and fit within the IT and business landscape and 3) discussing the budget range and ‘Go or No-Go’ question.
  • With a “Go” we immediately schedule a workshop for an audit process. An audit workshop is part of our approach and we, together with your team, delve into the IT landscape, the identified risks, the design of relevant business processes and the internal control measures. With this knowledge we refine our approach.
  • With a “Go” for iAccountancy we immediately plan a follow-up to prepare annual accounts, KPI in a workshop Dashboard and activities related to tax compliance, to be discussed.
  • The day after the workshop we will send you the assignment letter to formalize the collaboration immediately.

Analytics Advisory

  • You have approached us with a request for help regarding one of our Analytics Advisory services. We really appreciate that.
  • To schedule a face-to-face meeting, we would like to receive relevant information from you in order to prepare us properly. We will contact you in advance to discuss this information request. We then assess the information received.
  • If we see an opportunity for a valuable collaboration after assessment, we will send you price indications in advance (range in euros and hours spent, divided into main activities: planning, implementation and reporting). If you are also enthusiastic, we will schedule an appointment at your location by e-mail.
  • The discussion with you focuses on three aspects: 1) getting to know each other properly and feeling whether there is a ‘click’ with each other 2) validating together whether our approach and mindset match your wishes and fit within the IT and business landscape and 3) discussing the budget range and ‘Go or No-Go‘ question.
  • With a “Go” we immediately plan a first session to explore the scope of the work, validate the data request and start the project.
  • The day after the session we will send you the engagement letter to immediately formalize the collaboration.
