Audit and Accountancy services

Tendering process

Step 1

After receiving your request for a quote, you will receive a Teams invitation for an initial introduction. During this session, we will discuss your questions, explain our services, and share the conditions required for a successful collaboration.

Step 2

Still enthusiastic after the initial meeting? We will then schedule a face-to-face discussion. To prepare for this meeting, we kindly request the following information:

  • Overview of your IT landscape;
  • The latest financial statements or other relevant financial figures;
  • Current legal structure.

Step 3

The second meeting with you or your team will focus on three key aspects:

  1. Validating your questions, the scope, and the assignment;
  2. Jointly verifying that our approach and mindset align with your requirements and fit within your IT and business landscape;
  3. Discussing the pricing indication/budget.

Step 4

After our meeting, we will refine and share the pricing indications (a range in euros and hours spent, divided into main activities: planning, execution, and reporting). If you remain enthusiastic, we will formalize the agreements in an engagement letter.

Step 5

Upon receiving a “Go” (signed engagement letter), we will schedule an initial workshop for an audit trajectory. This audit workshop is part of our approach and involves working with your team to gain in-depth understanding of the IT landscape, identified risks, the design of relevant business processes, and internal control measures. This knowledge allows us to fine-tune our approach.

For a ‘Go’ on accountancy services, we will draft the engagement letter and schedule a follow-up workshop to discuss the preparation of financial statements, KPI dashboards and tasks related to taks compliance.
