Coney Minds is a people minded accounting and analytics firm. We take good care of our customers, but taking good care of our staff is also a top priority. Job satisfaction and happiness are paramount. We highly value our team members and therefore have put together a considerable package of employment conditions.

We offer an excellent salary based on your position and experience. You will also receive holiday pay annually in May, which will be 8% of your gross annual salary.  
 
If you are 21 or older, you immediately start building up pension capital through our defined contribution scheme. This pension scheme does not have a personal contribution, but it does offer you the option of voluntary savings. 

Coney Minds offers an excellent mobility arrangement. Depending on your role within the organization, you can either qualify for a lease car or a reimbursement of your business kilometers 
at €0.19 per kilometer. 

Unnecessary travel or being caught up in traffic jams doesn't make anyone happy, right? At Coney Minds, flexible working is the norm. Collaboration in the team offers the opportunity to work at the customer, in the office or from home. We have office locations in the Van Nelle factory in Rotterdam as well as in the center of Haarlem. At both locations you can alternate between standing or sitting. 

At Coney Minds we highly value (personal) development. Whether this is achieved through technical training and/or soft skill training: no development means regression. Together with you and our training partners, we constantly evaluate your development needs. Coney Minds invests in your talent. If you follow a management-approved course during working hours, then this time will be made available to you by Coney Minds without settlement in salary or time.   

You can therefore make maximum use of the 25 vacation days per year, based upon a full-time employment. If you still fall short, Coney Minds offers the possibility to buy extra days or to compensate via the time-for-time arrangement.

At Coney Minds there are various leave options: 

  • Pregnancy leave; 
  • Maternity leave (additional at 70% salary); 
  • Parental leave (unpaid and paid (at 70% salary)); 
  • Adoption and foster care leave; 
  • Care and special leave (short-term and long-term); 
  • Emergency leave.
